Puppy-killer Noem is a disgusting piece of human garbage who has NO BUSINESS being in a cabinet position, as she proved with the Habeas Corpus question. I hear she is making her staff take polygraph tests to "find the leakers" ... perhaps she should have to take an IQ test to try to find the brains!

"If you have to take a test to be a citizen of this nation, then there should be a test for people who want to represent the citizens of this nation." This, truthfully, is a very good idea, particularly for those who want to hold office at the national level.

I'm so sick of these not just uninformed and uneducated, but truly STUPID people in high positions running our country, that I could scream! And Noem is asking for her own $50M plane!!! WTF??

The merch is also tantalizing. I might have to give up some of my favorite snack foods to start my Claytoonz Merch Wishlist Fund. I hope that Peezy ends up on coffee and beer mugs. I love functional stuff.😍

He's on coffee mugs. Redbubble hasn't provided the beer mug option yet.

Actually, I think Stephen Miller would pass the test. He'd just ignore everything like he's doing now. Ditto Rubio - he just sold his soul and pretends he's dumb.

Willingness to sell one's soul is not a great indicator of intelligence. Stephen Miller never had one. I imagine JD Vance missed the classes on Article 1 of the Constitution when at Yale Law School. How he passed the bar is beyond me - and he should be disbarred, along with Ted Cruz (Harvard Law), Clarence Thomas (Yale), Aileen Cannon (Michigan), Pam Bondi (Stetson Law - ranked 99th among law schools.)

"Vampire baby goebbells" Miller is going through the US constitution and US law using GROK and finding anything he can to overturn rule of law and anything vaguely legal pushing the edge of what is acceptable. BTW I like that GROK is spitting out random push-back about its algorithim requiring it to spew out lies about south Africa.....

Never heard of it. So, googled it. Of course, it was developed by the least favorite person on earth. And of course, Miller uses it. Everything Skum touches should be avoided as if it were the plague. All it does is enrich someone so rich, he thinks he's a god. When are people going to realize that Skum is rich only on paper? He's like POS, who is only rich because of his name. Every single real business POS tried to start has failed miserably.

Soooo: Taco Bell, Oreos, cheeseburgers. Got it. You didn't specify the source of cheeseburgers that you prefer or if you wanted any kind of beer. Just keeping track so that I can send gift cards when I can afford to do so with my puny-pension-pennies.

Puppy killer tonight (well Wednesday night) said of that murders by the Capitol Jewish Museum that they were “senseless” which bc she’s not said it, makes the often daily killings of Black children and teens “sensible” in comparison to tonight outside murders the Capital Jewish Museum. Or the premeditated murders contemplated in cuts to Medicaid & Medicare in the “big beautiful bill.”

Long a proponent of anyone running for office having to pass the citizenship test w/o studying. That wont happen.

Just one sensible good government day. Is that too much to ask for?

I am saddened to say, that yes, it's too much to ask. The Constitution was written with many compromises and inequities: fundamental flaws. Several have been addressed, but not all. It is in need major revisions. The "balance of powers" makes the government ineffective in responding to the pace of life and to crises. I'd still write Habeas Corpus into its replacement.

The British, who do not have a Constitution, have had Habeas Corpus written into their laws since 1215.

Unless the Holocaust Memorial Museum is funded by Capital One, it should be Capitol in your post. The museum honors those millions who were killed in the Holocaust, not just Jews, but Roma, Slavs, gay people, Communists, Socialists and the weakest in any society, the "disabled." Perhaps not quite equal opportunity killers, the Nazis and fascism in general, were willing to "solve" the societal problem of recognizing humanity in all its manifestations. (After the war, the US saw to it that most of the judiciary were spared and "rehabilitated", at least in the West.) As an aside, a friend of mine in Junior High and High School was Nina Ferencz, whose father, Ben, was the chief prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials. She was born in Nuremberg and was a lawyer at the EPA. He was born in Transylvania and emigrated to NY when a child. He lived to be 103 or 104. Menachem Begin hated him (and he, Begin) for a compromise he negotiated for reparations to be paid to Israel and individual Jews.

To you, @David - apologies for just seeing and responding.

The Museum I mentioned is not the Holocaust Museum. Different places. This is their website https://capitaljewishmuseum.org/

and I mistakenly used both. “A” is correct. My brain was hedging my bets I guess.

I thought we were the CapitAl city and the Hill was “O” because the building is there.

Interesting that you knew Nina Ferencz. Her life had to be greatly influenced by her father’s work.
