Getting Testy
Blame Canada, China, Iran, Antifa, and testosterone.
Over 800 active wildfires are burning in Canada and a lot of the smoke from it is drifting over the United States. It has gotten so bad, that it's reached as far south as Fredericksburg, Virginia, where I live. Cough. Cough.
The smoke was pretty bad in the Burg yesterday, making it hard to breathe, stinking up the air, and burning eyes. It reminded me of growing up in West Monroe, Louisiana, as that town has a papermill…and it stinks. That's one reason I didn't go back home for over two decades.
Today did not appear as bad though I did not go outside to check it out for myself. But looking out the window, it didn't seem as hazy. But the national weather service still said it was pretty bad, and that our air was worse than in Washington, DC.
Is the smoke clogging up the air at Trump's New Jersey golf club, because that's where he is and from where he sent his social media post complaining about it. He's threatening Canada with an increase in tariffs for sending the smoke our way. Does he have to be reminded that raising tariffs on Canada doesn't punish them as much as it punishes Americans who purchase Canadian goods? Can't we just come to an agreement where we teach them how to rake their forests? Maybe our allies and Finland can lend a hand because according to Trump, they are the best forest rakers in the world.
Maybe between Big Macs, Diet Coke, and Adderall, Trump is taking testosterone injections, and that's what's riling him up. Secretary of Defense, I mean, Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, wants to give testosterone tests to our troops. I'm still not sure if he wants to help men with low testosterone or run them out of military service for not being manly enough.
Trump plans to be at the World Cup final tomorrow, so if you are a gambler, find out which team he is rooting for and make a wager on the other one. When Trump’s in attendance, the teams he's rooting for tend to lose. The only bet that would be safer is if you're operating his teleprompter and you were making wagers on Kalshi.
Anyway, I spent about five hours on today's cartoon on a Saturday and I don't feel like being super analytical or educational in the blog today. So let me sum up with the fact that China has not interfered in our elections, Canada is not attacking us with bad air or anything else, the Strait of Hormuz was open until Donald Trump started his chosen war with Iran, and antifa is not attacking the Reflecting Pool.
Creative note: I used 17 layers in procreate to create this cartoon.

Because of the stroke, it is an ordeal for me to get to the post office, so we’re gonna hold up until I’m fully capable of doing so. Thank you for your understanding.
Merch: Did you know there’s a Claytoonz store? My cartoons are printed on mugs, clothing, caps, and even a Peezy T-shirt. If you ever want a specific cartoon on some merch, let me know, and I’ll add it.

Thank you, Clay. Wondering what Hegseth expects from women's testosterone tests. What a pair of idjits. New topic: It appears 47 not only avoids reading books, he also seems to avoid watching t.v. weather reports. The earth spins and air, be it good or bad, dips around. Maybe these guys are flat earthers.
Love the ear bandage, do they whisper "Hoser!" in his ear?
