You’re awesome - you deserve a break. It’s been a shit weekend.

I was not in the mood to celebrate, but apparently the people around me were. The fireworks lasted till 4am. Seriously ? Morons. I am disappointed, but not deterred in my commitment. We are here for the long haul.

Susans—a triple play!

MTG—a double-minded play!

Clay—a home run!

I love the part that mentions "the injection, release, or dispersion of chemicals or substances into the atmosphere for the express purpose of altering weather, temperature, climate, or sunlight intensity."

It's Ok for all the big corporations to do it?

It is amazing who can credibly and successfully run for, and be elected (and reelected) to the US House, and, to a slightly lesser degree, the Senate.

But, then, look who did so for the office of President of the United States! An undeniable fact, but still hard to fathom.

The presidency and vice-presidency are the only elected offices in the US that are explicitly non-democratic (or anti-democratic, if you will.) The Senate used not to be, as well. Because the foundry did not trust the people. Put not your faith in plutocrats!

As my father used to say: "we are only sure of thee and me. And we are not so sure of thee."

And this -- things like Margie's "bill" -- are what our ELECTED representatives are wasting their time and our hard-earned tax dollars on??????????? Meanwhile, they applaud the Felon-in-the-Oval for removing many of the environmental regulations that were to try to repair some of the damage we humans have done to the planet and environment. Perfect 'toon, Clay!

How can she not know the benefits? Or does she think there is no supreme being other than _her_ 1600 Penna Av one?

The tragedy of this storm is horrible. Her comments are typically nonsensical. Your rendering on an empty stomach impressive.

Short blog, maybe, but to the point. The closing sentence says it all: "It’s getting harder and harder to mock this person, and harder to create satire crazier than the shit that comes out of her freaky mouth." Enjoy your evening, Clay.

Thought the same. I dread America250 and what they all don’t know yet will say.

This is a belated compliment, as you’ve been drawing Ms. Marge for awhile, but I love the way your depiction of her captures her soul (or rather, lack thereof). She is ugly on the inside and it creeps to the outside.

It's just not possible to satirize MTG, because everyone would believe it. There's just no "over the top" with some people.
