Another day, another MAGA lie

I saw a post yesterday by some MAGAt complaining again about hateful rhetoric leading to attempts of violence against his orange messiah, never mind the fact that Trump and his goons continue to say the world will end if Vice President Kamala Harris wins. Also, never mind the fact that Trump’s hateful rhetoric and lies is putting other people’s lives in danger.

In North Carolina, a man has been charged with “going armed to the terror of the public.” A 44-year-old man was threatening Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) workers who are in the state helping survivors of Hurricane Helene.

The sheriff’s office said deputies encountered him after receiving a call that a man with an assault rifle had made a comment about “possibly harming Fema employees” working in its jurisdiction in the storm’s aftermath. There have also been rumors of trucks full of armed militia men who are hunting FEMA workers.

All this shit is because of lies being pushed by Trump and Republicans, lies like the government manipulated the hurricane to force people off their land to clear the path for lithium mining, Fema diverted disaster relief to providing care for immigrants, FEMA is only helping Democratic voters and not Republicans, victims are only receiving $750 to rebuild, etc.

Trump wrote on Truth Social, “I’ll be there shortly, but don’t like the reports that I’m getting about the Federal Government, and the Democrat Governor of the State, going out of their way to not help people in Republican areas.” Of course, Trump doesn’t tell us where these so-called reports are coming from.

On Fox News, Trump said, “They’re being treated very badly in the Republican areas. They’re not getting water, they’re not getting anything.” Yeah, they’re getting nothing except $32 million in aid to North Carolina so far, 15.6 million meals and 13.9 million liters of water.

At one of his hate rallies, Trump said, “Kamala spent all her FEMA money, billions of dollars, on housing for illegal migrants, many of whom should not be in our country.” Again, not true. He’s making it sound like Harris spent all her lunch money on candy.

Note that Trump has never complained about all the government money that’s been spent on his golf outings.

At another hate rally, Trump said, “They’re offering them $750 to people whose homes have been washed away. And yet we send tens of billions of dollars to foreign countries that most people have never heard of. They’re offering them $750. They’ve been destroyed. These people have been destroyed.” Yeah, Nambia has received all our FEMA money.

FEMA even had to suspend assistance for a few hours as threats to the safety of its workers were being spread. They’re rightfully worried they’ll be thanked for removing a tree from a driveway by being shot at. It’s like Elmer Fudd is out there in a MAGA hat hunting FEMA workers.

FEMA is worried this information will deter people from asking for assistance, but if knuckle-dragging Trump-voting troglodytes aren’t going to request assistance because they’re too stupid and cultist to detect Trump lies, I say fuck them. Let them drink water full of mosquito larvae. My only concern would be for their children as it’s not their fault they were born to mouth-breathing fucknuts.

Also, if you’re a Trumper and you can’t find your cat, it wasn’t eaten by Haitian immigrants. It ran away to find owners who aren’t Trumpers.

FEMA workers are performing a public service. They have dedicated their lives to assist people in need. What they’re getting for their dedication is death threats from MAGAts.

One post on TikTok that’s received over 200,000 views said, “Dear Feds and Fema … if you violate your constitutional oath to protect and assist, the charge will be TREASON. Punishment can mean being unalived immediately by the citizens you are withholding aid from.” And yet, TikTok in all its wisdom removed the video of my Jewish Space Laser cartoon being drawn.

That same TikTok user posted several other threats. Even Elon Musk is in on the act, posting on X/Twitter that FEMA is “actively blocking citizens who try to help.” Elon is another who’s scolded Democrats for rhetoric he claims puts Trum’s life in danger. These liars are all following Trump’s lead.

For a guy who doesn’t like being shot at, Donald Trump is willing to have people murdered so he can retake the presidency.
