We can't just passively wish and hope that they will go away or naturally die off. We all must learn how to use a wide spectrum of strategies to reduce our risks from these toxic human beings just like we manage the effects of toxic molds in our environments. Expose them, starve them financially and vote for more effective candidates to be our representatives in government.
As far as Der Trumpenführer is concerned, he's not escalating violence; to Herr Schitzenpantz, it's merely his way of turning up the distraction level to eleven.
