The Fredericksburg Advance reported this week about a proposed book ban in King George County.
One person has submitted 18 books to be reviewed to see if they should remain in King George Middle School’s library. The one person who submitted all the books doesn’t have children in the school.
This is at least the second school in the area that has reviewed books to ban. It’s this kind of shit that got the Advance to contract me to draw cartoons.

Banning books is futile, particularly from older children with access to the internet. 🙄
It's better to educate them about the world as it is and how to negotiate it. The person who submitted the list needs to get a life
Spot-on.
