After the murder of George Floyd in 2020, the National Football League placed the phrase “End Racism” in all of its end zones. The phrase was in every end zone in every game this year (and it was in the end zone a lot more than the Dallas Cowboys), but it won’t be in the end zone for the Super Bowl. Why the sudden change? Because Donald Trump is going to be at the Super Bowl.
The Trump regime has been on a warpath against DEI since it goosestepped into office less than a month ago. He’s not just going after government agencies either as many corporations are caving and bowing down to Trump.
The NFL is replacing “End Racism” with “Choose Love,” but “Choose Love” can mean anything. You can choose to love a Nazi, and many right-wing fuckturds do love Trump and Elon. Would the NFL allow a player to give a Nazi salute during a game? Donald Trump would because he hasn’t fired Elon for it.
You can also choose to love that the referees are trying to help Kansas City win. You can choose to love that the refs will throw a flag every time an Eagles player gets close enough to Patrick Mahomes that they can smell his Trump cologne. You can choose to love that every team owner in the NFL is White. You can choose to love that Brittany Mahomes chooses to love a Black quarterback while also choosing to love MAGAt racism. You can choose to love that the NFL heard and obeyed when Donald Trump said, “Fire that sonofabitch” after Colin Kaepernick took a knee. If you’re JD Vance, you can choose to love a couch.
The NFL claims Trump isn’t the reason for the change and that the end of “End Racism” happening at the same time Trump is coming to a game is purely coincidental.
A spokesman for the NFL said, “Choose Love’ is appropriate to use as our country has endured in recent weeks wildfires in southern California, the terrorist attack here in New Orleans, the plane and helicopter crash near our nation’s capital, and the plane crash in Philadelphia.”
How does choosing love stop plane crashes? Oddly enough, Trump blamed the plane crash in the capital on DEI. He’s trying to end plane crashes by using hate.
The NFL is a sellout and they’re not genuine in their efforts. This is a league that put up “End Racism” after blackballing a Black player for basically saying, “End Racism.” I bet they don’t really care about breast cancer either despite making the players wear pink shoes for a month.
If the NFL was serious about ending racism, then they’d keep the phrase in the end zone while the biggest racist in the world is attending their biggest game of the year. Let him know that racism isn’t as popular as his MAGAts make it seem.
I hope the reason Travis Kelce is excited for Trump to attend the Super Bowl is so he can say, “Fuck Trump” in an after-game interview. C’mon, Travis. You can do it. If the NFL fines you, you can take the hit. You’re dating the richest celebrity in the world. No, you’re not dating George Lucas…OK…she’s rich enough. Just say it.
In fact, that’s what should be in both end zones…”FUCK TRUMP.” just don’t get the “Chefs” guy from the Snickers commercial to write it.
Super Bowl note: Eagles by six points.

Great story as always and a great illustration. The only reason I would watch the Super Bowl instead of turning my TV to HGTV is if the players promise to take a knee during the national anthem!!! Wouldn't that be sweet? Where is Kaepernick when you need him?
Quite a diverse crowd in the opposing stands. A lot of celebrities. Also, nice ear "bandage".
