But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
It's fair. I can't understand how anyone that watched the riot on January 6th could possibly even consider voting for Trump, much less how they can continue believing he's some kind of chosen by Gawd!
Tell you what, if this toon gets pulled off gocomics, you might want to ask why Beckom's toon for today is still up. It's a blatant call for murder/genocide, along with being racist, as he refers to human beings as "pests".

I haven't even thought about it being pulled from GoComics because I've never had an issue with them. It won't be pulled. And yeah, I saw that Beckom cartoon and he is calling for genocide. His syndicate should drop him.

I cannot believe the hair-on-fire an the how-dare-you reaction to your cartoon. Too close to home I think. Or seeing it front and center compared to what happened before is just too much reality for people prepared to vote for a convicted felon who called for people to mob the Capitol, hang a vice president, and obstruct the peaceful transition of power - name a few facts. I ams so looking forward to the debate because the pundits have the vice president choking while the convicted felon “weaves” his lies. They may be in for a big surprise!! I wonder if he will do his little two-fisted “jerk-off” jiggle again? He started it again at his rallies - I wonder if he is thinking of JD hitler or Elon Musk when he is doing the “jerk-off” jiggle because it definitely can’t be his current legal wife.

It's that last sentence - there's no way to get 2/3 of each house when more than 1/3 are guilty.
But it should at least be brought to the vote so we have it on record.
Instead of the Ten Commandments, this cartoon should be displayed in classrooms.
