It’s absolutely pathetic that ~1/3 of the population of this country favors Trump and his corruption and incompetence. It reflects poorly on our educational systems. We have created one the most ignorant generations amongst the “world’s developed nations”.
And Trump and the GOP are working hard to make what the kids learn today even less of our history than in past years. They don't want them to know about the Trail of Tears forced on the Native Americans, the slavery on the people of color, or see anyone but white people in museums and other places where our history is displayed. They think that if they can hide all the people of color, they can turn this country white. Makes me sick. Get that POS out of the Oval Office and into a jail cell. He is both treasonous and a traitor to our country.

Although there was a recession during Carter's term of office, it was inherited from Gerald Ford. He was the last (only) president to put ethics and morality into his foreign policy. His big foreign policy mistake was offering the (deposed) Shah "humanitarian" admission to the US because he had cancer and because Carter though of him as a friend, alienating the entire Iranian nation thus allowing Ayatollah Khomeini to establish a theocracy, which persists to this day. Anyway, I don't like the symbolism of having him on the Tangerine Tyrant's ear diaper, but I like the cartoon as a whole. I'd also point out that Reagan and his team treasonously undermined Carter's efforts to bring the hostages home offering them arms if they would wait until Reagan's inauguration to release them. Indeed, they did just that, releasing the hostages on Inauguration Day. (As an aside, many of the hostages were CIA employees.)
Trump has taken us so low so fast in the first 15 months of his term that I cannot imagine what the rest of his term will bring. Who can predict his impulsive actions and their enduring effects on our pockets and morale.
I was pleased to see that only one of his golden credit cards was issued and that was to Nikki Minaj who got it for free. Somewhere down the line it will have some value in a garage sale.
He rage posts all night, has meet and greets during the day and golfs every weekend. His administration appears to spend all their work time going on TV shows that are one-sided. When is anyone working? I would love to hear what policies they have in place that have caused this miraculous lowering of gas and food prices. I would also love to hear about their policies for job growth since they keep cutting jobs (like wind energy because of “national security?”). The younger generation doesn’t know that we used to go for weeks without even hearing about the president, and now it feels like every hour. This is normal for them. I appreciate these posts as they are informative and keep me grounded.
When Trumphuk has Timorous Timmy extolling the virtues of gas prices and the economy you know the country is in the shitter. To think … he’s South Crackerlina’s dumbest senator. He makes even Lascivious Lindsey seem (sort of) rational …. It’s hard to imagine two worse senators for one state. They are both inveterate liars and Trumphuk toadies.
